  I bought Knipex side cutters from this vendor. This is my second pair. They cost about double what Klein do, but in my estimation are nicer cutters. The seller shipped quickly and packed them extremely well. Thank you. Recommended in all aspects.

  The item was as described and came within the time window. As a caveat, I have not installed the thermostat yet. The seller had the courtesy of sending an Email regarding the process to send the parcel out for good, which I think was very nice.

  Seller shipped an item that was cancelled within hours of placing order. Sent an email with pictures asking if the item was acceptable. I told them no it was not since I had already cancelled the day(s) before. They shipped anyways and asked me to start a return request, and now they are denying the return. HORRIBLE SELLER - Stay away
