  Absolutely fantastic customer service! Parcel came packaged great no issues, item perfect condition. Had a small issue with both back wheels being Right but I contacted the buyer got a reply almost immediately with a solution. Was kept updated throughout and they have sent me the replacement part all In time for Christmas. Absolutely would recommend just for the customer service. Great value as I’ve looked elsewhere so happy with the purchase overall.

  Fantastic item. I made an offer which was accepted. Postage was free. I found that an item was missing from the accessories. I contacted the seller and was offered a partial refund or a no quibble return. I chose the refund which came through very quickly. Great service all round.

  Seller is I’m afraid in my experience a scam artist. They had a clear description of the product & also ‘accepted returns’ which gave me confidence to purchase but the item delivered contained less than half of the contents described & this was identifiable without even needing to open! On requesting a return the seller has ‘gone to ground’ and neither accepted the return or engaged any dialogue positively. IClearly chancing they hit someone who doesn’t know what they’re buying! Shameful, AVOID
