  ad made it look like battery and charger came with tool , took two emails then shipper stated only bear tool and was told both times not to ship it . shipper did issue a full refund . do not no anything about tool quality because i took package off ups truck and carried straight to usps. I never opened package

  I'm a hardcore snap-on guy. Been wrenching for many years. However I'm at the end of my career. And I didn't want to spend $700 for a quarter inch digital torque wrench. Bought this one and the quality is much better than I expected. Would definitely purchase again. Comes in a nice metal box to store it in. Appears to be extremely accurate. Good communication and fast shipping from the seller. Five stars.
