Safely packaged & delivered on time together with another purchase. Took 6 days to arrive on 48 hour tracked delivery. No fault of the sender, just an abysmal postal service! Communication with the sender was great regarding the late delivery. Top quality items, brand new, excellent vale for the price and look great. Have purchased these before and they make a big difference in comfort. Great eBayer to deal with!

Sent these back to the seller, as they were too small. As agreed with the seller sent back second class with proof of posting. However, when I checked with the seller, she had not received them from Royal Mail. I do wish that I had sent them tracked, because after much correspondence with Royal Mail they do not recognise the number on the proof of posting and so the shoes are lost and I am out of pocket. The seller was excellent and did all she could to help.
