  hi , really sorry for all things, but Your initial response was that you could accept a 50% refund, so I sent you a request for the 50% refund. Yet you did not accept it afterward; I later asked you to accept this 50% refund first—since the request had already been sent to you, we could neither recall nor cancel it, and only you could accept it first—after which I would send you the remaining 50%. But you never accepted this request.

  Well packed, and if it looks like solder, it is just solder. A bit slow to deliver for both price and cost of delivery. But it arrived 12 days later. Not the best value. Communication was successful.
