  I was disappointed to receive a used item with visible marks, as I was expecting a brand-new product in cellophane, consistent with the advertised listing and photos. The dispatch time was also slower than expected. Since I urgently needed the part, I accepted a partial refund, but unfortunately, my reputation with my customer has been affected due to this supplier error. That said, I do acknowledge the value was good.
