  Avoid this seller if you are looking for an efficient service. Very poor communication from seller. Item took 2 weeks to arrive as seller had underpaid the postage by £1.50. Looking through their negative feedback I can clearly see this is not the only time this has happened. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

  I ordered a pair of socks. Firstly, the seller did not pay postage so I had to manually pay £1.50 (they did refund me. A completely different pair of socks arrived. The seller said they sent another pair of socks, the right pair, but after a week it’s not here. The seller said ‘sometimes things get lost’ and refunded me, not including postage. Essentially I’ve had to pay postage on a pair of socks I never received and got messed around for weeks.Worst eBay interaction I have genuinely ever had

  Was not the same Underpants I'd ordered, seller offered me to return and theyd reimburse, but was to much trouble being housebound hence why i ordered online. Feel I paid for a item that is what I should had recieved, but was sent a zero support basic noname underwear, was disappointed tho how you can order a item and get a entirely different item seemed ridiculous to me, then expect me to send back their error, just was very disappointed and wasted money.
