  Outstanding customer service! I paid for a set of Sony earbuds that were very well priced. However I had a bunch of questions for the seller. Without hesitation they answered all of my questions, sent me very detailed photos of the ear buds, and made sure I was comfortable with the product before he shipped out. To make it even better, he shipped it within an hour of my paying for it! I would definitely do business here again!

  Great honest helpful seller! Originally, i failed to notice that the used headphones i had purchased had clearly displayed in the listing that they had a non-functional left speaker. Luckily, this seller immediately texted me to confirm whether or not I was trying to get this set for parts only, which i certainly was not. so Top Notch Sourcing advised me to cancel that order, they immediately approved, and I ordered a fully functional pair, which they shipped, and sms'd me the trk# within 10m

  The headset itself came in quickly and in a clean condition for being open box. The price was fair along with the shipping. However sadly I did not receive the charging cable mentioned in the listing description however it is not that big of a deal since I personally have plenty of the cables. Would recommend this seller overall.

  Top Notch really lives up to their name. I purchased an acoustic guitar from them which unfortunately got damaged during transit and arrived with a crack on the soundboard. From the moment I ordered, he communicated with me each step of the way, offering to cover any repair cost. Sadly, the repair cost more than the instruments worth. I ended up asking to return the guitar, but due to high shipping costs, he refunded me let me have the guitar. I am blessed he took care of me. A++ seller. Thanks!

  Seller was curtious and quick to respond. Seller mistakenly sent me the wrong (slightly more expensive) model. Earbuds was nice but did not fit my needs. Reached out to seller and was able to get an exchange for the correct earbuds model. Condition, appearance, and value are excellent. Process and communication was smooth. Will be trusting and buying from this seller again. A+
