  100/10 seller. Haven't seen a seller go out of their way to make things right as much as this one. Our first deal card showed up damaged, seller immediately refunded me no questions asked and let me keep the card. The 2nd time the package got lost in the mail (still trying to find it) so he ended up replacing two of the cards free of charge with extras he had. This seller is all about making the deal right so don't hesitate to do business with this person.
