  Seller was quick to respond when purchasing which was very helpful. Seller was quite the opposite when they sent the wrong item. Description and product number was different than what was shipped. IMO it wouldn’t be worth reordering with the seller due to negligence on their end that puts one out of connivence in time, money and hassles. Needed them, waited for them, the wrong items shipped. Ghosted, but they do have a return policy. Good luck to any buyers. My experience was disappointing

  We are sorry for the issue with your order and inconvenience. The order was promptly pulled and shipped, by a person who strives to do the right thing and prides themselves in being accurate. This order was mistakenly pulled wrong. Once returning to the office after the holiday weekend we immediately saw the message regarding the error and promptly responded and corrected the issue generously.
