  Received the wrong item in error got a new but really old android 7 tablet 32 bit that wouldn't run any of the apps I wanted to use, the tablet was half of the specs advertised. Seller was great promptly sorted out a return and credit with thanks.

  I ordered the wrong item, offered £5 refund and told to keep the item, I need a refund to order correct item, item is unopened and package is as received, lots of communication but no resolve so opening a dispute.
