  Upon arrival, I discovered that one of the bowls (at the bottom of the box) was shattered, despite substantial padding. I contacted the seller providing a picture of the shattered bowl. This seller was very KIND and considerate. She is not only replacing the shattered bowl, but is sending me an additional bowl with covers.
