  If you actually want this case, do NOT buy it from this seller; they’ll print a shipping label but never send it or respond to any messages for three weeks. I waited that long before calling eBay just to see if the seller would fulfill the order or respond. They didn’t. I’d assume an emergency came up in their personal lives but they printed the shipping label on the third day after my order but wouldn’t respond then so they just ignore the messages, I’m assuming. The cases are ok, seller isn’t

  Definitely great value, however the package took 2 weeks to arrive, and we are in the same state. Not everything that was pictured was included, however the 20+ item promise was as described. You do get what you pay for at competitive prices, so I would buy from seller again.

  I'd love to rate the item higher than 1 star, but unfortunately it never arrived to do so. This seller didn't respond to a single message about my order, in fact they don't even respond to eBay considering they automatically refunded me after their attempt to contact the seller. I was automatically refunded after several days of disputing my order, rather than proactively refunded by the seller. I cannot for the life of me grasp how businesses like this are not swiftly removed from eBay.

  Seller never even shipped the product and never even bothered to reply to my messages, worst seller in my ebay era and ive been ordering here for over a decade

  This item was shipped and we have provided proof via a valid tracking number, along with a separate invoice from our supplier that matches the tracking details. We understand how frustrating this situation can be; however, once a package is in transit, delivery is unfortunately outside of our control. The tracking information remains active, which indicates that the item is still on its way. That said, we have already issued a full refund for your order as a courtesy.

  No communication whatsoever from seller. Seller sent box of rotten chocolate and ignores my request for refund. Lousy way to treat a good customer. Bought two boxes from this seller and the chocolate was good but order #3 was all rotten chocolate and seller ignores request for refund. Photo shows rotten chocolate (on right) from order #3 next to chocolate received (on left) in orders #! and #2.
