  Item exactly as described, arrived timely, and works perfectly. I very much appreciate this seller for having this item for sale, as these parts are no longer available through Sears. My only slight disappointment is that the items were not protected for shipping and arrived in a shrink-wrapped bundle with no protective packing materials or box. Nothing appears to be broken, but given how carelessly shipping companies handle packages, they were likely banged around quite a bit.

  The sway bar was exactly as described and a good price. Shipping was slower than expected. Had never seen a notification from USPS that “acceptance was pending” for two days for a domestic shipment. Learned something new. Fortunately I did finally receive my part. Many thanks!

  Good value. The item was shipped right away. The seller had nothing to do with package delivery, but the Post Office took 12 days to deliver it. I could have driven to Eastlake, Ohio from my house to pick it up in 30 minutes. Again, it is not the seller’s fault . Great eBay seller AAA+++.

  USPS was scary about finally delivering, as it went all the way to lower Texas, showed up a week late. But the product is prefect, seller has best price, packaging was great, as well as communication.

  Item had to be resent as the envelope it was shipped in got torn enroute & part fell out. Received part on a Friday & immediately sent seller a message but did not hear back until Monday. Initial order arrive a day behind schedule but seller did resend better packaged and part helped to resolve problem.
