  Item had to be resent as the envelope it was shipped in got torn enroute & part fell out. Received part on a Friday & immediately sent seller a message but did not hear back until Monday. Initial order arrive a day behind schedule but seller did resend better packaged and part helped to resolve problem.

  I got what I needed quickly & I’m happy with the transaction but the listing had a different part number under the “about this item” section than the title does. The seller has an item for sale under that different part number that appears exactly the same. (N737410 vs N865076). I couldn’t tell the difference based on the listings so I contacted seller to clarify. Never got a response so took a chance & ordered. I think I got what I needed but I’m frustrated with the lack of communication.

  Great item quality, brand new condition, great price, and looks great, but beyond all the customers service they provide is excellent no be modest, the first item got lost in the USPS limbo and had to reach out to the seller, in no time they replied and offered a solution, next item arrived perfect and super fast, I really recommend this seller and is products.

  Item was great, seller was good with communication, but the tracking service for the order was horrible. For 3 days after it shipped tracking said it still was being prepared. I checked it 2 days after it was delivered & again today (22nd) & shows same arrival at destination processing from the 17th. You'd think after 5 days they could update it was delivered 3 days ago. Service was parcelsapp.com. I don't fault the seller for that but it was frustrating not knowing when or if I'd get my item.

  I’ve bought from this seller many times before today. The seller is great. Never had any issues with them. Shipping is fast. When I’m looking for a part, I will check out their store for a part and if I have a question, I will message them directly and they are good with a reply. I highly recommend this seller
