  What a terrific seller! He actively investigated the INSANE routing UPS took to deliver the package—a trip that took it to Texas, New Mexico, and Utah , TWICE! Back and forth it went, taking 14 days to go ≈2200 miles. Even though toolsallday had no control over how it roamed across the country, toolsallday felt responsible, embarrassed, and gave me an unwarranted discount!
