  Ordered three sets. Originally received two. Messaged them-- they responded politely and asked if I would consider the 'grip' version of the cleats as they would ship faster, or I could wait and receive the 'non-grip' cleats with some additional delay. I responded that they grip version was actually preferable. A bit of time passed and I received the non-grip version. Not a big deal.
