  This item was described as brand new even though under item specifics it stated used. After looking at the pictures, I decided to order it since it looked it was in good shape. Before the clamp was sent out, the seller contacted me to say that the unit was used but in good shape and if I still wanted it, they would send it out. I still wanted the item and appreciated the honesty. It arrived within a few days and it works perfect. It is in very good shape and was able to read amps for a/c repair.

  This is a great seller, they got the item packaged and sent very quickly. It was eventually shipped to Bermuda, our tool had died and this was needed for a job critical activity at our hospital. This seller expedited the shipping and saved the day.
