  The entire run of my experience with this seller was superb -- not to mention sweet, given what I ordered and how much of it! The product was in PERFECT condition so the value was too. I'm particularly impressed with the seller's responsiveness and accommodating nature -- and went out of their way to ensure delivery, even calling my apartment when they had mismanaged the notification process so I could pick it up. I would do business again with this seller in a heartbeat!

  Item was received in advertised condition (damaged box) and as scheduled. I was surprised that the box was open, unsealed. Since the box contains the download code, I was concerned that it might have been used. It turns out to be ok. The download code worked and I was able to work on my tax return and e-file it. Happy with the purchase.

  My package arrived damaged and missing half its contents. The seller was quick to resolve the issue which I greatly appreciate. The items I did receive were exactly as described. In brand new condition. The bundle was a great value for the price and it arrived in a timely manner.

  Something got messed up with shipping but when I had contacted seller, they were aware of it and said that things should be taken care and should continue to be shipped out.  They were, received it the next week
