  The seller didn’t ship the item that was pictured but a slightly different one. He refunded the money without any issue but he forced me to pay the costs of the return myself, although eBay’s rules clearly state that in case of the sellers fault - he must pay for the return. I asked a couple of times, friendly, for the refund - still nothing received, leaving me with EUR 75.00 of open return costs.

  The buyer cheater, he changed the lamp , he returned his damaged one instead of mine which he bought at auction, after giving him money . And in addition I have no idea why he gave me a negative rating.
