  I received the items in a nice safe package. Shipping time was average due to slower USPS not vendor fault. The item as described used pair of Siemens 12AT7 vacuum tubes. Most delightful is the tubes sounds good, bring the tonage of my preamp up a note. Thank you very much.

  The item arrived damaged, something the seller could not have known since the damage was internal - inside the pen and the pen was in its original sealed container. When I contacted the seller, he was responsive, polite, helpful and very quick to refund. Despite the disappointment that the pen was unusable, the transaction was excellent. Highly recommend this seller.
