  I ordered the item back in Nov, and Fedex delivered it to the wrong house (based on the photo). I reached out to the seller about opening a case to find it with Fedex (because I couldn't) and never heard back after the initial response of they would look into it. 2 weeks later someone in our subdivision posted that they got a package with my name so I did finally get it but communication wasn't great from the seller.
