  Absolutely disgusted with this seller. I purchased an item listed as new, but it arrived clearly used. When I asked for a partial refund or to return it for a full refund, the seller tried to scam me—telling me to close the return case first and then they’d send the money. Completely unacceptable and dishonest behaviour. This is a scam tactic to avoid issuing a proper refund. Do not trust this seller. Avoid at all costs.

  This seller sent me a faulty item and when I told them it was faulty they told me they would show me how to fix the electrical issue. I was going to send it back but when I realised I’d thrown the original box out I knew it would be a pain to post it back and so I asked for and received a small refund to keep the item. As the auto moving part doesn’t work I’m just using it as a brooder. It’s not ok to ask a customer to try and perform electrical work if they’re not an electrician. It’s dangerous
