  I purchased three coins during actions. They shipped out quickly and arrived at a reasonable time. They were packed very well. I did decide to return this coin however. So I experienced their return process. And I can say that they have amazing customer service! They are a 10!   Item was exactly described, packaging was good, the shipping was slow because it stated first class mail when it should have said e bay first class mail which is about 5 days longer with no tracking until it arrives. I would like to have known about that before I made my purchase as that would have factored into my purchase. I am giving 5 stars but you may want to explain in detail.
