Took the cup out of box to find that the label on cup was poorly placed and was simply just a cheap sticker. After a wash? The L completely removed itself, the spoon inside is cheap metal and flimsy. I asked for a replacement box to fix the issue to be told they was now out of stock and was offered a £4 refund to purchase a generic gift bag. I'm glad I didn't pay £30.
