  My experience of the seller was very positive: good price and speedy despatch. However, Royal Mail's part in the process was farcical: it had been contracted to provide a 48 hour tracked service, which it failed to do (I was given a three hour delivery window for a particular day, which RM's tracking service continued to show as current, even though RM simply ignored the service it had been paid to provide). The delivery was made at RM's leisure and convenience.
