  This seller displayed such honesty in this transaction. Before shipping the item, the seller discovered that there was damage to one of the orbs/balls and notified me of this. The seller offered to cancel the transaction or I could choose another orb/ball as a replacement. I chose the replacement, and the items were shipped quickly with reasonable shipping costs, and both items arrived undamaged. I highly recommend this seller.
