It has the bust of William H. Crawford, unique in that he served as both the Secretary of War and Treasury from 1815-1825. I have something from the first four issues, but this is my first from the Fifth Issue (Feb. 1874 to Feb. 1876). The package arrived in four days. At $135 and free shipping, I got a great deal, and I highly recommend buying from this seller!!!
