  I bought an Ultegra RH shifter. It arrived promptly, in good packaging and as advertised - new. As it happened, my circumstances had changed and I no longer need the shifter. The returns process was excellent and, again, as advertised. Simple to do, no questions asked and with a prompt return of the cash minus the cost of the return postage. Delighted. Would strongly recommend this seller both for the quality of the good and the service.

  Item sent in original packaging,rare and vintage now,but obviously still in factory fresh condition. Seller went above and beyond in giving me advice on installation (in addition to to keeping me informed of delivery details) so I cannot recommend highly enough. It's a specialist field and these guys are expert in it. Item arrived,well packaged. Great service. I will be using these guys again,without a doubt.

  The Squish 12” arrived ahead of schedule and is in absolutely superb condition (it has had barely any use) and was exactly as described in the listing. Considering what these go for new, this was a proper bargain. The bike was very well packaged and even came with an Allen key to adjust the handle bars & headset after removal from the box, a really nice touch. I’m over the moon with this bike and so is my little boy, 5* seller who I would happily do business with again. Cheers!

  Good afternoon I’ve just got to say I’ve been on eBay for 20 years and this has been by far the best purchase I’ve made the items I’ve received are brand new exactly as described and packaged up like they just left the factory .The delivery was in contact with me all through and arrived a day earlier than expected once again fabulous A1 all the way round thank you 👍👍👍
