    I experienced little help and responsibility from the seller regarding the delayed delivery. They disclaimed responsibility and waited several days before being willing to open a case. Poor customer service and unprofessional.

    hope we never have this kind of buyers again...we payed back because item from 50,- was lost by ups. within 1 day after buy this buyer starts pushing .. after 1 day delay he starts again pushing and send frustated emails.. we opened a claim with ups and directly payed him back before we have the claim and investigation solved to keep him happy .. what else can we do . we hope ebay is protecting sellers for this kind of buyers in future :)
