    The seller contacted me by email and also phoned me to say the laptop I had purchased had been accidently damaged at the warehouse. He offered me a full refund or choose another laptop. I told him the spec I required. Within 10 mins he contacted me and sent photos of a laptop with same spec, which I was happy with. I thought this was great customer service. I received laptop and it's great. Highly recommended seller and will use again.

    The item arrived incredibly early, but since the import customs in the EU have no care for whatever's inside, the keyboard arrived with some malfunctions. Upon telling the seller they were eager, after confirming with me that this problem was real, to ship me a replacement keyboard, which came extremely fast since its said shipment. I strongly recomend this seller, they are very professional, kind and really know what they're doing/talking about.

    The scooter came on a pallet, very well wrapped up to a weatherproof standaerd, and performs beautifully. Very pleased with product and service. 100% marks on all counts!

    Good quality, condition, value, appearance. But delivery time was a bit slow and it came on a heavy plastic pallet. The delvery person would nt take it off and now I don't know how to gt rid of the pallet.
