  The seller could have easily just shipped in the original box but instead packed it over a larger box filled with cornstarch peanuts. Really well packaged and device is protected. Item just as described. Very pleased with seller.

  My hub mount shipped fast and was packaged well. The mount was a new open box as described, but unfortunately, the mount had a manufacturing defect. TLZ refunded the item within hours of contacting them. I wish the mount had worked properly, but TLZ stood by their word. These guys are first rate sellers!

  An excellent quality product at an excellent price point. As advertised condition was truly "New in Box". There was a small snag with a malfunctioning component, but the seller stepped and addressed it immediately with a speedy replacement!
