  The item was just as described, brand new, and packaged great. Also such a great experience with this seller who was thoughtful enough to communicate me all updates with the tracking, even as soon as I placed my order. It also arrived super quick considering it was shipping from Japan to USA. less than a week! Highly recommend this seller!

  Item delivered as described. Delivery was extremely fast - 1 week from Japan to Bulgaria. However, the customs processing took ages, partially due to FedEx tracking interface that doesn't indicate that the parcel was held by custom authorities. My advice is to contact FedEx in case of same status change. Overall, amazing and responsive seller! 100% recommend !

  Adorable! Bought as a Christmas present and arrived way earlier than scheduled. Well packaged, came in original bag with tags. Seller was communicative through the whole process immediately after purchase to make introductions and again to let me know when it had shipped, through which postal service, and with the tracking number.   Arrived unopened in about 2 weeks, which is reasonable for JP-US shipping, and seller updated me about the shipping progress. Description could be a bit better: I was expecting just the blu-ray and its contained photo booklet, but it also came with a bonus acrylic keychain. That indicates this is the original release from bushiroad that includes this bonus, and not the later release from the hololive shop itself.
