  Unit had a screw broken off in center position which was not identified in description which renders item unusable

  I am sorry about the damage. I had checked the unit before ship, but couldn't find the damage you describe. It might be damaged during the shipping for something else. anyway, if you want I can give you full refund. again, sorry for the damage.
