  The seller does know effectively communicate. My package took forever to even make it to the post office. I had to open a case at the post office because the seller assured me it was sent. it was not. When I opened a case with ebay magically the package was mailed. I tried several times to contact the seller and was ignored except for 2 times. The package finally arrived and was correct. But I would not purchase from this seller again regardless of how good the product is.
