  I received this item in a timely manner. It's a good quality. However, I ordered the color in a brown shade and it arrived in a gray shade. Not too big of a deal. I still like the hat!

  Received the wrong hat, should have been a Yankee hat instead I received a Met hat. Sent several messages to seller before I received a response, seller wanted a photo of the wrong hat sent to him as he seemed reluctant to believe me, even after I offered to send the wrong item back to him. Still have not heard back as to what they are going to do about this. I hope I receive the item I paid for!!!!!!!!!
