Unfortunately, all that got delivered was a broken and torn box- no targets. I contacted Titan Fitness on a Sunday, and had a reply that evening with a promise to replace the missing items. By Friday - I received the replacements and they look great. I could not be happier with the targets and the customer service!

When I informed the seller of the missing handle, without fanfare or fuss, they immediately refunded the full purchase price and told me to keep the item. Now, that's customer service.

Seller stated items should be delivered by 8/25 and they did not arrive until 9/6. Items were ordered on 8/15 and not shipped until 8/25. I also needed to contact Titan about the shipping issues who updated the arrival date to 9/8/21.

The product I bought used but was not inspected before shipping to me. It contained information from the previous buyer which is breach of data privacy. There were nuts and bolts loose in the box, no manual and large parts were not wrapped/protected. I communicated to them and the only item they addressed was that the manufacturer has blocked them from PDF files for the manuals.
