  Seller was excellent to deal with in regards to a damaged item most likely due to the carrier during shipment. They accepted the return and initiated a refund in a very expedited manner. They were also very responsive to messaging. I have since ordered a replacement item from them and received and very happy with it.

  Well built heavy duty nice large platform to stand on. I recommend this seller item that get shipped are going to have problems occasionally it’s just what it is ,I reached out they responded quick sent me a new piece that was messed up and shipping was fast.   You find out how good a co. is when something goes wrong. My item was 2 belts sold as a pair. Only 1 came in the box. Seller with one email, apologized & expedited the missing belt. WOW! 5 stars for customer service. Definitely recommend them :0) As you can read the belts are sold as a “Pair” so order fulfillment is not as it should be. Hopefully they’ll fix that.
