  Thanks Seller for sending proper new item in proper packing. It has been delivered safely at my shipping address with any damage. Now have to fix that keyboard at Dell Alienware 14 laptop and have to see that how it works. Hope it will work fine.

  The 4 CPU heatsinks were sold as "NEW" but were "USED" and soiled with used thermal pads. This is a lie. The protection plate for the exchange surface shown on the picture was absent. Some heatsinks arrived bent due to the shipping and poor protection. The problem here is the false advertisement and the non-conformity between what what was sold and what was received. I got a $20 USD compensation, but if the product had been advertised honestly, I would have purchased another product.
