THE CONTENTS HAD BEEN EITHER INSPECTED OR STOLEN DURING INSPECTIONS BEFORE IT EVER ARRIVED AT MY HOME! THE POST OFFICE PLASTED THE ENVELOPE WITH RUBBER STAMPS SAYING: "RECEIVED W/O CONTENTS" TIMO'S GAVE ME A FULL REFUND- I WISH I HAD THE TANK BARREL- BUT STARTED ANOTHER BUILD- I WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN BASED ON THEIR SWIFT AND POLITE RESPONSE AND REFUND!   This item arrived safely on Feb.14/25 in excellent condition. I have also bought from this same seller before when I ordered the 1-700 scale metal mast upgrade set for the Titanic model ship (universal) back on Jan.1/25.   My first try with Meng models and this seller and what a delight. Things arrived long before the predicted date! It was double wrapped with bubble wrapped, both outside the box and inside so everything arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely keep them on my favorite sellers list.
