  This is the kind of seller I like dealing with. Packaging was awesome, shipping was spot on, actually one day ahead. It's used as described but looks great.   Shipping, communication and value were great. There was a slight problem with unnoticed damage on the racquet. The seller offered to back the racquet for a refund or to offer a fair refund so I could attempt a repair. I opted for the partial refund and I am quite satisfied with the seller's willingness to work with me.
