  There was a minor issue so I reached out to the seller & was provided with a speedy resolution. Seller was willing to offer several different solutions right away actually. The customer service & professionalism of this seller is excellent & definitely exceeded my expectations. Most sellers would’ve took a different approach.   The shoes are new and exactly what we ordered. Great price considering how much they cost if bought at a brick and mortar store. My complaint is that there were supposed to arrive 2 days sooner but I think UPS is to blame for their late arrival. The seller shipped them less than 24 hours after purchase.   Easy seller to deal with. Super fast communication, easy to negotiate with, super fast shipping and delivered 3 days early. Beautiful boots are in perfect brand new condition. It was worth it to me to pay a bit more than average eBay prices for the free return option as I was trying a half size smaller for summer hiking. And the price is still excellent.

  Items was shipped and delivered very fast (Nike shoes), new condition so quality as expected, since it's the original it looked exactly as described and viewed in pictures in the original box, very reasonably priced, had a cute thank you sticker (awe). Have been hunting this specific design so glad to find it. Appreciate the seller :)
