  I order a a 64 oz tub of Fireproof Cement, which I received open and spilled all over the box. I sent the seller a message with photos to that fact and asked for a return label so I can return the useless hardend product. This is their reply: We wanted to assure you that we shipped your package in a brand new sealed condition. As you mentioned, the tub was not protected. we will assure you that it was not our mistake and was not happened from our end it was mistake of the carrier.

  The item was not shipped the way described in the ad and came directly from Home Depot. The reason this is only getting a neutral rating from me is that I did not authorize for this vendor to give my details to Home Depot, which I am currently boycotting due to their support of the Trump administration and its questionable policies. I think that is kind of unprofessional of the vendor, but maybe not worth an outright negative rating. But certainly not a straightforward transaction.
