  I had not received the package, but I contacted this seller this morning and the package showed up this afternoon. Glad to report it is what I ordered, and now that I know how to use one, I cannot believe they are almost impossible to find in stores. Thanks Tige Deal Store!!!!

  I order a a 64 oz tub of Fireproof Cement, which I received open and spilled all over the box. I sent the seller a message with photos to that fact and asked for a return label so I can return the useless hardend product. This is their reply: We wanted to assure you that we shipped your package in a brand new sealed condition. As you mentioned, the tub was not protected. we will assure you that it was not our mistake and was not happened from our end it was mistake of the carrier.
