  My item was ordered Aug 30 and has not been mailed out yet. It was supposed to be delivered Sept 5-12 but nothing. Today is Sept 12, 2025. Very angry and frustrated!! I sent numerous notices to Seller who has not responded! Scammer!! I would like my money returned and do not let the seller list any more items for sale. Horrible nonexistent customer service. What is my next step? Contact the credit card company? Stop payment and issue a Fraud investigation? Ready to do it.
