This wasn't a massive issue at the start as I liked the look of the fitting and didn't want the hassle of sending it back. I asked for a partial refund and they agreed to 10%. They then sent me a £13 refund for a light fitting that cost £139.99. clearly mathamatics and product identification is an issue. Also they take an age to reply back to messages.
