  Seller messages that when packing my item, his son dropped the item and damaged it. He shows a similar but inferior item and says I can get that one instead. I reply that I want the item I purchased (despite any damage). The seller then responds that he beat his son so brutally for dropping the item, and in turn his wife was so upset, that he threw the damaged item down on the ground in anger, obliterating it, so he can't send it. I reply to please send the item I purchased. He cancels my order.
