  Quality of the items is good overall.We had a disaster with DHL making the delivery that delayed the delivery by 5 days, i had 3 days off work waiting for the delivery unable to contact DHL and the seller refusing to contact them for me. Seller customer service is very poor and only after 5 days did they make any effort to try and sort out the delivery. Then when delivered there was damage to one headboard which was hard work getting resolved with the seller but eventually agreed a part refund.

  Better than described. Immaculate finish. Looks really nice on my bed. and finishes the whole room.Very well made and packaged. Excellent value for money. Fitted my bed with no problems. Delivered quickly and the delivery guy was polite and helpful too. Super trade and I recommend Thurcraft to anyone who is looking for a new headboard!
