  I made a purchase from the seller and received it brand new in the box. It worked ok up until about some time after a month it completely stopped working. I left a bad review based on the item. However, I should have reached out to the seller before leaving feedback. The seller reached out to see how to help. Then after talking I received a refund. Customer service ☆☆☆☆☆. That was a lesson learned for me. Thanks again!!
