  Well the piece arrived broken but not due to anything that the seller did. The package was very securely wrapped and boxed but USPS didn’t treat it kindly and it arrived broken. thank you for the quick response and refund. Your  honesty and integrity are impressive and it’s been nice to in business with you.

  Transaction itself was fine--no issues. Well packed and prompt shipping. But I wish the seller had indicated all the edges of the tray were noticeably worn down and had no color as the rest of the tray had. This is not a deal breaker but I did nt expect to see this. Perhaps a better photo would have helped me make a decision.

  Received, and very happy with product. However, the package was damaged during transit and 2 of the knife rests were broken. I am not requesting refund or compensation from the seller and I am still happy with the transaction.

  The quality shoes arrived quickly in excellent condition and as described. This conscientious seller showed an enlarged photo of a defect, but in actuality it’s a little nothing that scarcely shows. They fit well, and I’m look forward to wearing these attractive shoes. Were I to buy them new, they would be expensive. As a person on a limited budget, I am grateful for sellers such as this.

  Items arrived as described and in good condition, but were wrapped in a puppy training for packing which when torn or cut, left cotton shreds everywhere. No big deal, but I recommend you don't do this to future customers.
